A sponsored slot puts your name in front of parents who are comparing nurseries and early-years services in your area, in a clearly marked place. LondonEY is new, so we are offering founding sponsor rates, fixed for 12 months, to the first businesses that back it.
How a sponsored slot works
- It appears in a separate band marked “Sponsored”, on the page you choose.
- It sits outside the ranked list. It never changes anyone’s position and never hides another setting.
- A page shows no more than three sponsored slots. If more sponsors want a page, slots rotate fairly.
- It links to your website, or to your LondonEY profile if you have one. Clicks on the link are counted.
- If you sponsor a setting, we publish your LondonEY profile quickly. Your Ofsted result is shown exactly as it is for every other setting.
- When a slot ends, the space goes back to a “Sponsor this area” invitation.
Read the sponsor terms for the full rules.
Founding rates
Prices are per month, per slot, as shown at checkout.
| Slot | Where it appears | Founding rate |
|---|---|---|
| Neighbourhood page | One neighbourhood page, for example Clapham, Putney or Tooting | £49 a month |
| Borough page | One borough page, for example Wandsworth or Lambeth | £89 a month |
| Category page (London-wide) | One category page, for example Montessori, forest school or bilingual nurseries | £149 a month |
| Category by borough page | A category within one borough, where that page exists | £49 a month |
| Guide or tool page | One guide or tool page, for family services only | £69 a month |
| Fees, funding and calculator pages | The fees, free childcare and cost calculator pages, for family services only | £99 a month |
| Group package | A group page plus slots across several boroughs, for multi-site operators | Quoted. contact us |
The founding rate is locked for 12 months from your start date. Before the 12 months end, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any new price, and you can cancel before it applies.
What you can rely on
- Monthly billing, through Stripe. No set-up fee and no long contract.
- Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and your slot stays live until then. There is no cancellation fee.
- Figures on request. We count clicks on every slot and visits to every page. Ask and we will tell you the numbers for your slot. They are our best estimates and are not audited.
- A traffic guarantee. If your page records fewer than an agreed number of visits in the first three months, your term is extended free. We agree the number with you in writing before you pay.
- No automated emails. We reply to you personally.
What we do not promise
LondonEY is new and has no track record of visitors yet. We will not promise a number of visits, clicks, enquiries or places filled. The traffic guarantee is about visits to your page only.
Here is what we can say about demand. These are Google Ads estimates of how many people in the UK search each month for “nurseries in” the area, as at 22 October 2026, from keyword research tool data. They show how many people search, not how many visit LondonEY, and not how many would visit you.
| Area | Estimated UK searches a month |
|---|---|
| Clapham | 320 |
| Streatham | 320 |
| Wandsworth | 320 |
| Putney | 260 |
| Battersea | 210 |
| Tooting | 210 |
| Brixton | 170 |
| Balham | 70 |
| Lambeth | 70 |
Other areas are available. Contact us and tell us the page you are interested in.
Who can sponsor
- Nurseries, pre-schools and schools with nursery provision, if they have an active Ofsted registration (or are an open school), safeguarding standards met, and no current “Urgent improvement” grade or legacy “Inadequate” overall grade. A setting that does not meet this can still have a free listing.
- Family services for the guide and tool pages: baby and toddler classes, swim schools, nanny agencies, tutors, photographers, baby shops, and childcare-related finance. You must be a lawful UK business, and you must not claim to provide regulated childcare you are not registered for.
All sponsor content must follow the UK advertising rules (the CAP Code). We keep editorial control of the wording, and we may refuse or remove a placement that could mislead parents.
How to start
- Choose the page or area you want. If you came from a “Sponsor this area” box on a page, tell us which one.
- Contact us with your business name, your Ofsted URN if you are a setting, and the page you want. We check that the page has a free slot and that you are eligible.
- We reply personally with the start date, the price, the 12-month lock, the traffic guarantee, and a secure Stripe link to pay.
- Your slot goes live. You can ask us for your figures, or cancel, at any time.
To manage or cancel an existing sponsorship, use the Stripe billing link we gave you, or contact us.
Independence
Sponsoring LondonEY does not mean we or Ofsted recommend you, and you must not say it does. It does not change your Ofsted result on the site, your position in any list, or how we treat corrections. For the full picture, read for providers, about LondonEY and our data and methodology.
