The Alton School

Full-time nursery run alongside The Alton, a one-form-entry primary school next to Richmond Park and part of the Quality First Education Trust. Children can join the term after they turn three. The school describes the place as free and full time for all children, whether or not parents are working or eligible for government funding. If there are more applicants than places, priority follows the Reception order. Families apply on the school's form, tours run on the first Tuesday of each month, and a nursery place does not guarantee a Reception place.
