Raphael Nursery

Bilingual French and English nursery on Poynders Road, Clapham, with a Montessori-style emphasis on independence. It runs a full day from 8am to 6pm for 51 weeks a year, with fees set as a flat monthly rate whatever the child's age and no extra charge for meals or activities. Food is prepared on site, and religious and medical diets are catered for. Children go into the garden twice a day, and older children have weekly outings. Staff ratios are stated as 1 to 3 for under 2s, 1 to 5 for 2 to 3s and 1 to 8 for older children. Funded hours apply from 9 months.
