Ethelred Nursery School and Children's Centre

A maintained nursery school and children's centre in Kennington, SE11, taking two-year-olds and three- and four-year-olds. Funded places are offered for both age groups, in term time only, and paid places are also available. The core day runs from 9:15am to 3:15pm, with a breakfast club from 8am and an after-school club until 5:45pm. Two-year-olds attend half-day sessions, and the younger and older groups have separate rooms. Paid-session prices are published on its fees page (from September 2024) at an hourly rate that matches its funded provision, and a separate page describes outdoor learning.
